Macau hotel guests up 72 in 2018


first_imgThe number of guests staying in Macau’s hotels and guesthouses rose 7.2% in 2018 to 14,107,000, according to information released by the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC).The increase was driven by a 12.5% rise in guests from mainland China to 9,717,000, which helped overcome slight declines in guests from South Korea (484,000), Hong Kong (1,515,000) and Taiwan (477,000).
