first_imgChristmas is a time when most get into the festive spirit and bring out the ‘Santa’ caps to celebrate the year gone by. Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif did no different. What was different was the reaction to the picture he posted on Facebook with his family. Kaif posted a photo in which he is seen posing with his wife and his two children, all wearing red ‘Santa’ caps. He captioned the image “Merry Christmas ! May there be love and peace.”No sooner had the photo had been posted by Kaif, sections of the internet started bashing him for being ‘un-Islamic’, with some even going as far as to wish him death.  Moula ki Khasam Tu Badi Zillat Se Marega Fail Cricketer Off All Formats.- Mohd Fasiuddin (@MohdFasiuddin10) December 25, 2017Bhaijaan mera dil dukh gaya ye post dekhkar delete kariye Aur ye tyohar hum musalmano ka nahi hai iski mubarakh baat bhi dena gunaah e kabira hai- MOHAMMAD Aftab Alam (@AftabAl79667292) December 25, 2017This is not the first time that Kaif has been at the mercy of internet trolls.
