first_img…GECOM Commissioner bestowed with Golden Arrow of Achievement As Guyana celebrates its 49th Republic anniversary, President David Granger has conferred 77 persons with national awards. Heading the list of awardees for the Golden Arrow of Achievement is APNU’s Commissioner on the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Vincent Alexander.Several Guyanese diplomats were conferred with the Cacique Crown of Honour.
