The chemicals, which authorities identified as Mono Methylamine and Phenyl Methyl Acetate, were shipped from China and were destined for Honduras, officials said. The substances were stashed in 1,748 barrels distributed in seven containers lodged at a warehouse in the Pacific port. The PGR Office is investigating the matter further, authorities added.
