In 2008 53% of the trusts examined in the study were increasing their grantmaking, but by 2010 that figure had reduced to 38%.‘Through The Looking Glass: A Glimpse into the financial condition of UK Charitable Trusts’ will be presented on 27 September 2011 from 18.00 – 21.00 at the St Bride Foundation, London, EC4Y 8EQ.
